He had the X-Mutation gene just like his fiancé does. After being told by his idol, All Might, that he couldn't be a hero. He ran home clearly upset and crying. He destroyed all of his All Might merchandise. Once she found out what her little brother had been doing to Izuku. She decided to kidnap him and bring him back to America with her, her friends, and the Midoriya family.

Izuku is born with a Power, but doesn't activate it till he's 10. Watch as he becomes a Hero with Determination!

Izuku: Nope this is the highest paying strength game. Up to one hundred people can play at once. And the rules whoever has the strongest punch wins simple. Once all the participants are ready the watchers get to place bets on who they think will win. We can profit off of them as well. The winner keeps all the bets off the losers, both the punchers and the watchers. If a watcher bets on the winner he gets half the other watchers bets. Toshi: So you don't want any of the watcher to bet on you for max profits. Izuku: Correct now come here and listen carefully. Izuku whispered in Toshi's ear.

University. When he meets his past life, they see how much he's changed. Now, he's ready to show them he's not the 'weak, Quirkless Deku' he was before as he uses his new found powers to prove them wrong. Oh, and did I forget to mention that during his time in America, he managed to make the daughter of the Number One Rockstar, who's actually a demon, Daddy Dearest, fall in love with him? That's sure gonna break those three shanks hearts! Along with the fact that he's married to her... and two more girls!
