What happens when a part of the Blackbourne and Toma Team ends up missing. How much will it take for the team to search for a missing family member. Will this family last when they are broken inside. This story will have some trigger warnings. There is also abuse so I rated it Mature. These characters in my story are not my own. I just borrowed them for this story. Fingers crossed, I hope you like it like my first story.

This is the story of what might have happened if Sang was on her own after college. The characters of the guys in both the Ghost Bird and the Scarab Beetle teams and Sang herself are the creations of CL Stone, as is the Academy. Other characters are my own, including some characters introduced in The Patient. Events that unfolded in The Patient are referenced and up through the time Sang goes to college will be roughly the same, although not identical. Although not every chapter will contain explicit imagery, at some point it's inevitable, thus the Mature rating. This is another book where Sang does not end up with all of the Blackbourne team.
