Receiving and invitation from the prestigious Eden's Garden Academy, Matteo Sparke, a 13 year-old student in college, takes interest in finding out what the academy has to offer in regarding to its representation as the true face of Ultimate talent. Things take a different turn when he along with 16 other students find themselves trapped inside, what they are told to be, Eden's Garden Academy. After a failed attempt on the first motive. Monokuma warned everyone that they will regret messing up his motive. Others didn't seem to be affected by it, but what happens when a mystery motive comes in that leads to everyone soon regretting taking care of the motive.
