Erwin Smith x Suicidal reader You are Y/n Y/l/n. You've lived in the underground since you were 4 years old. When your father died, you ran to the underground and met Levi. You became best friends and eventually you met Cassie, Evian and Alex. A few kids that were seeking shelter in the underground. Cassie wasn't much younger than you, neither was Alex. Evian was the youngest. You burn down your house and stay with Levi for a while. Then the Scouting Regiment comes and takes you away. For you it was love at first sight. But you never knew if he would like you back. Once you start dating the commander, you keep having nightmares of your family's death. Your brother's disapperence, anything that caused you emotional pain. After you felt tired of the pain and suffering, you try to end it all. After the incident, Erwin stays by your side, no matter what. He makes excuses for your squad to stay by his, and keep you safe. He can't risk losing you again.

///Completed/// This is a short story I worked on (Sorta short? There is 7 chapters) I did my best to keep Erwin's personality true to how he is. I put him in a scenario where he grows feelings for a female who's under his command. I tried to make it to how I personally felt Erwin would react in this scenario. We all know Erwin is a hunk and could probably have any women he desired but he is still single because he doesn't want to put anyone through the pain of him dying or vice versa. I feel if Erwin were to have a love interest, the girl would have to really push and convince him. She will have to understand what his main priorities are and be supporting of his hopes and dreams. There is a Smut in the end of the story🥰 (I don't own AOT or the fan art)
