So he becomes friends with Percy and finds out a lot, and realizes that Percy is actually innocent. The Avengers decide that they should confront him themselves and ask him to go with them for questioning. Little did they know Percy didn't like that idea. He spends his days as Spider-Man, while debating whether it's good or bad he'd never be adopted with his disappearance tendencies or his lying habits than were just outright unfair. Being a 15 year old and the oldest among the children doesn't raise his hopes. No one wants a teenagers. After all, everyone wants a 'puppy' not a full grown 'dog.'
