It was supposed to be a joke. No Nut November was just a stupid challenge that idiotic people took too seriously. Unfortunately Dream was one of those people, and now the idea was stuck in his head. Last a whole month without any release. It was funny to George, how crazy serious Dream took the whole ordeal.
