After Bill is banished he stalks dipper as he grows up into a young adult. He comes back on dipper and Mabels 19th birthday and crashes the party, he kidnaps the wonder twins and takes them to his triangle palace that is now once again in the sky.

They make deals and trick vampires to get the job done. The Pines family and their friends were also known for their smarts and instincts to survive together.
