A young girl who goes by the name Maia moved in with her father over the summer. She now attends a charter school, she isn't used to such stuck up kids and preppy school activities. Her bitterness towards others and numbness doesn't seem to help either. As she meets new people who aren't so bad, maybe her walls can crumble. But Killian, star baseball player, but yet mysterious, has an encounter with her... and won't let her get away with her bitterness.
