It's a full imagination. Imagine Amdheer are married and happy in their life when they got a heart breaking news that Amrit can't become Mother, but they were watching dream of their small happy family and when they got this news their heart got broken and they decided to meet a doctor to get any solution related to this, when they meet doctor she told them that Amrit can never become Mother in her life, but then she told them that if they really want a kid of their own then there is a solution, that is sarugacy (kid of any other couple and womb of any other lady), after thinking a lot they came to a decision that they are ready for sarugacy, then they start searching a lady for their kid as sarugent Mother, then they searched a lady name Janhvi, she was ready to become a sarugent Mother of their kid in exchange of money, she start living with them as requested by Amrit as she want to take care of her and their kid, as the time spend Janhvi start got attracting by Randheer, she start loving him, but Randheer only love his Amrit and can't leave her at any cost, and same with Amrit, she love Randheer so much and trust him so much but, her Randheer to her. So let's see how this all started and what twist and turn did Janhvi brought to Amdheer's life.

This is based in a track of KUDCA itself, the track of partition, where Amdheer, Vashmay and Bridha lost so much, leaving them heartbroken. But I am not that heartless, so I have got this FF including their struggle after partition.
