Elara is a member of the lost water tribe known as the Moon Warriors. Her tribe had been hidden in the mountains for generations-long forgotten by the rest of the world, allowing the Moon Warriors to believe that they could stay out of the gruesome Hundred-Year war. On one fateful day, however, a Fire Nation Battalion finds and storms her village, changing her life forever. As her life spirals downwards, Elara finds herself in the company of a banished prince, and she devotes her service to him. Unfortunately, her matriarch (the Moon Spirit) has other plans in mind for Elara, forcing her to choose where her loyalties lie. Will she choose the boy who saved her from the bonds of slavery? Or will she choose the boy who can save the world? You'll just have to read to find out... Zuko X OC The characters and events of this story are based on the brilliant workings of Bryan Konietzko and Michael Dante DiMartino. Therefore, I do not own the characters and events used other than Elara and her adventure.

*This is the third book of the "Daughter of the Moon" series, so read the first two books - "Water" and "Earth" - if you haven't already* Elara had danced with death before, but never like this. She had experienced pain before, but she could have never imagined this. Elara had thought she had known darkness, but she learns that she had only scratched the surface. Will she be able to escape the chains that cut her wrists or the chords that bind her mind? Will Zuko pull through and rescue her, or will she have to place her trust and friendship in others? Will Elara live long enough to see the end of the infamous 100 year war, or will she find herself reunited with a long-forgotten people? In the heart-wrenching conclusion to this masterful trilogy, the only way to know is to read it for yourself. *Trigger Warning: this book will discuss traumatic events as well as the effects of those experiences and may not be suitable for all readers.* The characters and events of this story are based on the brilliant workings of Bryan Konietzko and Michael Dante DiMartino. Therefore, I do not own the characters and events used other than Elara, her adventure, and other OC's.

*This is the SECOND book of the "Daughter of the Moon" series, so go read "Book One: Water" if you haven't already* Elara finds herself on the run with Prince Zuko and General Iroh as they scramble out of the clutches of both the Fire Nation and the rest of the world, adopting a new identity to hide their tracks. As she lives her life on the run, she can't help but feel herself growing closer to Zuko; closer in a way that she never thought possible. Perhaps she could settle down and live a simple life away from the war. Perhaps she could turn away from her duties as the Little Moon, and perhaps she could force herself forget about her little band of heroes so that she could live the normal life she deserved. Only the spirits know that life never goes the way one plans... Zuko X OC The characters and events of this story are based on the brilliant workings of Bryan Konietzko and Michael Dante DiMartino. Therefore, I do not own the characters and events used other than Elara and her adventure.
