A short story: Meredith is 17 years old when she joins a new high school in a new state. She doesn't know anyone until she bumps into Addison who introduces her to two boys, Mark and Derek. Mark and Derek are the man whores in the school and they both are attracted to Meredith, what happens when they place a bet on her that doesn't go according to plan?

Meredith Grey, an 18-year-old private school student, the daughter of Ellis Grey, one of the most powerful businesswomen in the world has never been the easy type. From dodging her security starting at a young age Ellis knew her daughter to be insufferable. After yet another guard failed to do their job correctly in protecting her daughter she hires Derek Shepherd, a 24-year-old medical school student in hopes that maybe someone closer to her age will be able to restrain her. Derek is 15 years old. he is meredith's next door neighbour. they've known eachother since they were kids but kind of grew apart over the years. they're still friends but haven't spoken in a while. he has a few close friends too but is definitely not popular. he's one of the invisible kids in school. People don't see him. he's dating someone but it's not serious at all. he's been in love with someone else for as long as he can remember. meredith grey.

Derek has taken up the persona of being a huge asshole, but Meredith sees through it. Through some bumps, they find a way to give each other peace
