He was neglected and Ignored because he had the kyuubi in him which the villagers thought he was a demon who was possesse. Soon after Naruto transfers to a different middle school and 3 years pass by. Sasuke has been drowning in guilt and regret ever since Naruto left. Until suddenly, he comes back and Sasuke tries his hardest to earn his forgiveness.
