On the way to Anima City, Michiru met with the person who was transporting her there before noticing that the person was also transporting a young-looking girl to the city. When they arrived at the city, the transporter, Marie Itami, asks for Michiru to take the kid with her. Michiru tries to talk her way out of it before eventually being tossed the girl from the boat as Marie sets off. Yggdrasil, a game that many people played, was finally shutting down after years of being in operation. Y/n L/n was going through and looking at what she had accomplished in the game. She got to level 100 with her Kitsune race. On the last day of the server being up, she decided to try to get into the Great Tomb of Nazarick. When she finally arrived, she noticed the time. The servers were about to shut off, forcing her to log out. Once she stepped onto the land of the tomb mobs started spawning which she easily defeated, but the time for the servers hit. She looked around and noticed the land change from swampy to grassy plains. After that, she looked out over the new grassy plains to see nothing familiar from the game.
