September 1st, 2017 Dear Journal, I believe I'm a good person. You know I believe there's good in everyone. But, here we are! First day of senior year! And, uh, I look around at these kids I've known all my life and I ask myself: "What happened?" ((Disclaimer!!! I do not owe any of these characters! I am simply using their characters and plot, they are not original. Just a little note. I hope you enjoy!))

Craig is a literal nobody. Sure, he takes school seriously, and sure, he's good at video games. But he's never really had anyone in his life. Except for that tall guy he sits across from in history. /// Tyler is a literal idiot. Sure, he has friends, and sure, he can race like a maniac. But he's missing something. Like that curly-haired guy that doesn't talk much. /// Carly is a literal fangirl. Sure, she has a boyfriend, and sure, she pretty much just goes with the flow. Friends. But that's beyond the point, outside their sheltered chuckles and grins, there is a battle raging. Germany is moving quickly, and it seemed to be no end to their supply of troops. One of the two is ready to ship himself off to the unknown without a bat of an eye. The other wants nothing more than a warm cup of coffee, and the boy standing next to him. Friends is a funny word.
