The Vessel is a play/short story set in a post-apocalyptic world where religion has ceased and faith in a higher power is no more. When a stubborn garage owner named Henry Pine encounter a beautiful and mysterious girl on a mission, he soon learns that his life is more significant than it appears. Meanwhile, Joe puts out a fire in the garage and the burns leave a shape that is foreign but captivating. All three lives intertwine each other's in a monumental way.
