Sebastian leaves because he thinks it's one way love when he does Ciel is broken hearted, time skip to where he is 27 and still single, he still loves Sebastian but he knows Sebastian wouldn't come back. He get's kidnapped because some guys are after Sebastian knowing he is a good butler and Ciel is close to death will the demon come for him or will Ciel die?
