It was the summer before fifth year, and Kanda Rice knew without a shadow of a doubt that she was going to fail her O.W.L.s. Luckily for her, she had a plan. See: Karawek Rice, whose perfect grades and almost perfectly identical face made her the perfect proxy to pass all of Kanda's exams for her. What made it even better was that, in contrast to Kanda's enrollment at Hogwarts, Karawek attended the Beauxbatons Academy of Magic. Their professors, peers, and friends had rarely ever seen them together, which made the scheme all the more likely to succeed. Except for one catch. While Karawek was the studious and more academically attuned sister, Kanda was the athlete.
