But Bakugo finds the redhead's smile hides more than anyone could have thought, and as Kirishima's dreams draw closer, so does a past he thought he'd left behind. On a boring Friday night, Bakugou gets a random invite to an Instagram group chat. He's horrible at talking to people but decides to stay in the group chat. Bakugou soon realizes that he might have a huge crush on the redhead in said group chat. Kirishima also realizes that he might have a massive crush on the cute blonde. Kirishima has been lost in life for years since high school. He didn't know what to do, and ended up getting a degree in a subject he doesn't even enjoy that much. After losing his job for what seems the fiftieth time, his friends cheer him up with a video game party. With a surprising turn of events, Ashido suggests to bet that Kirishima will win, and with misfortune, he ends up losing. He ends up in a car with Ashido driving to the middle of nowhere. He doesn't know what she has up his sleeve, nor where they are going. As they arrive, Uraraka welcomes them to their riding centre's summer camp. With summers full of learning and fun, Kirishima becomes close to one of their professional riders, who seemed to have gotten just as attached to Kirishima as Kirishima got to him. After a traumatic coming-of-age summer adventure, once out going Katsuki Bakugou becomes riddled with anxiety and PTSD. He spends much of his childhood running off any friends, feverishly pursuing his goals of becoming the best small plane pilot Japan has ever seen. His adulthood is met stubbornly chasing his dreams of leaving the ground - and society - by moving to an isolated village far away from trains, people, and -worst of all- his overbearing parents. He certainly doesn't expect to find an idiot running the sorry excuse of a store in the small mountain village. Bakugou sure as shit doesn't expect to fall so hard for the half wit. ***COMPLETE***
