But throughout her life she suffered many Chronic illnesses. She was born Pre term, and had problems ever since birth. She is now becoming a surgical intern and her symptoms are striking again. How will her new colleagues react when her status deteriorates? How will they help her cope? TW's will be added if needed but probably not unless blood or diseases makes you squeamish. Samantha Karev has known nothing more than disappointment, abandonment, and hurt over the course of her life. Her older brother Alex was a big inspiration to her and she owed him a lot.
