May recently moved into a small, boring town with her mother. She has never been the type to make friends easily, since she would much rather stay at home, reading. So now, she finds herself all alone once again, unable to fit in or make any friends. To pass the time, she visits an antique store, from where she buys an odd looking book. Little does she know, that this book contains a whole new world, in which she'll have to help a certain princess. ********* Amber is the princess of the Kingdom of Light. But, unlike the name suggests, this city is filled with anything but light. Her parents, the king and queen, have never let her decide a single thing for herself. They have kept her in the palace most of her life, trying to rub their obssesion of being perfect onto her. And now, to top it all of, they want her to marry a prince she has never even seen before. In one last attempt to be free, she plans to run away from the palace, giving up on her future queen duties. And, right as she's about to put this plan into action, a new odd looking servant named May appears in the palace.
