After that, they would be released depending on how dangerous you were. 5 being the most dangerous and most powerful, 4 being still dangerous but not too powerful. 4 being you had a power that was very useful and you couldn't use it to attack, 2 being not powerful at all but you still had something, and level one, you are no threat with a random power like you can spawn a muffin in your hand. Level 5's didn't come around very often but, when they did Schlatt would do everything in his power to contain them.
