They defied all odds and broke through stereotypes, proving haters wrong... on and off the court. Essentially? The dynamic duo dealt with more than their fair share. Some say the two are a friendly sibling rivalry, others think there's more to it. But... their journey screeches to a halt when the fateful night of June 22nd, 2017 arrives. For the first time in their lives, the partners in crime were forced to part with a bittersweet goodbye. Three long years later, the two reunite. A lot of time has passed and like they say: people change, but... have these two? With questions being asked about the two's relationship, Danielle's haunting past makes a shocking return. When it catches up to her, the secret's too much for her to bear. It gets everyone's attention, including Jayson's. He's the only one she ever trusted to tell. He knows how much damage it's doing and how it's destroying her. Jayson's not the type to just leave someone, especially not Danielle. He knows she can't deal with her demons alone: they're too much, even for a fighter like her. She has a rough exterior, but deep down, she's like glass waiting to be dropped. She can be broken and that's what Jayson's afraid of. The last time she shattered, it nearly cost Danielle her life. Jayson can't afford to lose her for good reason: he wants to spend the rest of his life with her... as more than friends. There's too much at stake for the two. Do they have the strength to endure one last battle together or will they get killed, in the process?
