Edric and and Emira tries to set up Amity with Luz after finding out that their little sister has a crush on the Princess. Luz asks Eda if she can have more training than what her father is already giving her, but after already asking her father, and him saying no, Eda tries to help the young princess to become a powerful witch. Eda and Luz has bonded enough that Eda wants to adopt Luz as her own child. King gets upset when Luz is talking more to her friends than him, so when they go to a carnival after school, King devices a plan and almost getting hurt in the process, Willow and Gus understand what King is doing and try to bribe him with a potion that he was scammed with. Luz discovers that she had a long lost brother and argues with her parents. Luz and king try to find the prince of the boiling isles, who is younger than her.
