A month after Makishima Shogo was assumed to have been shot and killed by former enforcer, Kougami Shinya, the man is nowhere to be found in Japan. The story will follow the handsome, young, and brutal President of the Central Intelligence Agency, Ryugamine Kirei. His Chief of Intelligence and second in command who shares many of his personality traits on a tamer level, Gil Hernandez, and the greatest threat known to the Japanese Sybil System, Makishima Shogo. When three sociopaths with indefinite power join forces in a moral and political battle, what sort of chaos will unravel around them? I do not own any of the Characters, and Gil and Kirei are modeled after two of my favorite anime characters.

Due to lack of personnel, inspector Akibara Shizuka is changing Divisions. They say it's temporary, but she is seriously starting to doubt it.
