When Xena Bon Vardo, a fourteen year old girl, starts training to join the Mafia, she is faced with many challenges, and realizes that she has only seen a small part of the world. After things go completely wrong in Novum, the city is taken over, and many people are forced to flee. Xena and her friends need to make a difficult choice, yet her instinct to kill is still strong. Each choice has it's consequences, yet in the end, she learns that when it rains, it doesn't always pour.
