By day, he's Roguefort. A shy citizen who's friends with Detective Almond. By night, they're Phantom Bleu. A well known criminal who's got a love for dramatic performances. Balancing the two lives is fairly easy, but it cant last forever. ~*~*~*~*~*~*~ Important things: -Roguefort uses he/him and they/them pronouns interchangeably. -I use the name Phantom Bleu when they're in their normal costume, and Roguefort for his disguised name. -Phantom Bleu can and will speak French to tease Almond (and to swear in front of Walnut without her understanding) ~*~*~*~*~*~*~ First chapter published: January 16, 2022

Sunny waits for Basil to wake up inside the hospital after all his friends have left, his heart full of unresolved feelings for the boy who held his hand during his darkest moment and promised him that everything is going to be okay. Then he receives a call from his mom. She's taking Basil to live with her at their new home in the city. Sunny isn't sure how to feel about his best friend coming to live with him, but maybe it's better than being alone again.

Dear Reader, I'm usually inspired to write poetry when I'm in some of the darkest of places, but he thematic elements of the poems may vary. You might find that some works are pessimistic, while others carry a hopeful undertone. However you decide to interpret my figurative language, I want you to take away from it something hopeful. Alice in Wonderland would be the prototypical example, but any anti-authoritarian investigation into the nature of dreams, reality, the self, and the universe might qualify.
