I knew that this day would come. My heels clicked along the sidewalk, my heart pounding in my chest as I furtively glanced around the dark street. My audition ran late, and I was now definitely regretting letting Ryan walk me home. Need to get home, need to get home, need to get home. My head pounded, and in response to the dull throb my heels clicked faster. I took a shortcut through an alley, and immediately regretted it. This was pretty much how every horror movie started, the girl takes a wrong turn and oh wow! There's three burly men at the end of the alley. I sucked in a sharp breath and forced myself to remain calm. I slowed to a stop, pretending to look down and dig through my bag. I latched onto my cellphone and clicked the recording button, feeling fear and adrenaline start to flood my system. One of them called out to me. "Hey there little girl, wanna have some fun?" His voice was thick and rough, cigarette smoke filled my nose. "Sorry, but no." I was glad when my voice came across as calm and collected. I forced myself to walk past them, but as expected, the one who spoke to me reached out and latched onto my arm. Despite being in the alleyway past midnight, these guys didn't look like your typical streetraff. They wore hole-less bluejeans, clean cut shirts and sleek leather jackets. It was too dark to see their faces clearly, but the most I gathered was they had similar facial features, the one latched onto me had blonde hair. "Hey now, don't leave us guys hanging." He drawled, flicking his cigarette bud onto the ground. "I said no." I jerked my arm back, causing them to laugh. "This one's got fire." The one to my right, he had dark hair, rasped. "Might be fun." Fear pumped strong through my system as I rapidly tried to find a way out of this situation. I was just about to run for it when a dark voice spoke out of the dark. "I suggest you let her go." My stomach dropped as she stepped out of the shadows.
