Danzo found Naruto after Kushina died while Hiruzen and Jiraiya believed Minato's and Kushina's son to have perished and that Minato sealed the Kyubi inside of himself and took it to the grave with him. But Naruto spent his entire life within Danzo's ranks, training to be the ultimate weapon for Konoha.
