They nurse her back to health and months later, Melanie gives birth to the very healthy Tracie Orenburg. Years later, Jeff vanished and the Hood returns bringing back the anger Melanie had for the Hood being responsible for her not remembering herself or the one she loves. Upon capturing the Hood, he refuses to give any information regarding Melanie's memory. That's where the story, truly begins.
