If there's one thing that Draco Malfoy yearns for, it's seeing Harry Potter in pain. How that happens, he doesn't care. When Potter's name is pulled out of the Goblet of Fire, Draco sees it as the perfect opportunity to fulfill his greatest desire. Except Saint Potter has luck swimming in his veins. Draco Malfoy was going to marry Harry Potter. It didn't matter that he was only eleven and had technically only met Harry Potter two months ago. He was a boy in love. Harry Potter was confused. No one liked him. He didn't have friends or even acquaintances but Draco Malfoy liked him so much he wanted to marry him! Can these two boys make it through their Hogwarts years without driving the whole school mad?

"You know what I think?" Harry leaned across the table. "I think you're afraid. You don't take risks like us Gryffindors." He scoffed. "Please, you Gryffindors are all wand-waving and no spell." Harry grinned, settling back into his seat. "Not me. I always follow through." "Prove it." Harry stood up and walked around the table. He leaned over Draco, one hand no his chair and the other on the table. Their faces were a mere inch apart, so close that Draco could see flecks of brown in his emerald eyes. "I don't see any follow-through," Draco taunted. And then Harry kissed him. Harry's hands fell to his shoulders so quickly that Draco teetered on his seat. Draco reached up and grabbed Harry's shirt in an attempt to catch his balance which resulted in the two boys falling to the ground with Harry on top. Harry's cheeks were red with embarrassment as he tried to get up. All he managed to do was knee Draco in the leg. Draco put his hands on Harry's hips. "Stop. Let me." In one fluid motion, Draco flipped them around so he was kneeling above Harry. "And for future reference," Draco smirked, bringing his lips down to brush against his. "I'm always on top."

For Draco it's all a game until one day when the boys gets stuck in a closet (no pun intended) and Harry has a panic attack. Harry Potter has been extremely scared of sounds and small spaces due to a abusing childhood. Draco starts picking up on clues to why Harry reacts like this. Especially after a unfinished memory potion was spilled during a lesson and the boy travel into Harry's mind.

A Drarry Story and a 'soulmate' story. Set in an AU in which Minerva rescues Harry from the Dursley's after barely eight weeks there and she raises him as her own son. This is only made possible because of their ancestry and, therefore, what the past and the future means for Harry. Despite his happy childhood with Minerva, once Harry starts his schooling at Hogwarts, he seems trapped in world of trouble and constant turmoil and it seems unlikely that he'll ever find peace as year after year he faces one trauma or another until it finally escalates into a war at which he is centre. Even when the war is over, life is unsettled and messy, and never simple, especially when he 'bumps' into Draco Malfoy again. And particularly as Harry's coping with wandless magic that seems to be verging on dangerous, it is, after all, a form of accidental magic. Or is it?

Draco is a ferret. Again. Harry thought it would be funny to try the spell to turn him into the furry creature before the end of the term, but it went wrong. As punishment Harry has to take Draco home and look after him.
