In which a boy who thinks he controls everything meets the girl who actually does. --- Peter Pan is king of Neverland, a mystical island of his own creation. His Lost Boys serve as his troops and have been his only company for the last millennium. Until his shadow brought a girl to Neverland, by the name of Wendy Darling. But she's not the one this story's about. Why? It's simple. Because she's dead. She broke Peter's heart, so he killed her. Only he and the Lost Boys know what happened the night Wendy disappeared, and Peter means to take the secret to his grave, assuming he ever dies, of course. If the Lost Boys know what's good for them, they will too. None of the other creatures on the island have any idea of what became of the one girl who had ever set foot on Neverland. However, what at first seems to be a siren with a know-it-all attitude threatens to change all that. She knows exactly why Peter's heart is shattered. But what she wants to do with that information is, for the very first time, is absolutely unclear to Peter. That doesn't sit well with the Ruler of Neverland. And whatever doesn't sit well with Peter, he either figures it out or kills it. "Do you know what a white rose symbolizes?" Felix said, my eyes staring directly into Pan's. "No," I simply said, the clogs in my head pausing as I focused on the rose and his eyes. "Purity and innocence." Baffled, I pulled my gaze from Pan's and met Felix's. "And what's that supposed to mean?" I asked, a tad too harshly than I expected. Felix just chuckled, tapping my chest. "He sees you as the light in his world of darkness." --- Serena wakes up on the mysterious island of Neverland without any memories and is instantly drawn towards the devilish Peter Pan. With his heart of blackness and hers of light, will love find a way or will it be destroyed by fate? A Once Upon A Time love story between Peter Pan (Robbie Kay) and Serena, an OC character I've cherished for years but only now bringing to the public surface :) I hope you all enjoy this as much as I have loved writing it!!

"Davis, take her to the cage." Pan then turns and strides away. "Yes, sir," Davis replies while smirking at me. Despite my protests, he roughly grabs my arm and hauls me away from the group of boys and into the surrounding forest. I wait until I'm sure we are out of earshot before I make my move. I stamp on his foot hard. He winces and loosens his grip just enough for me to break free. I then kick him in his midsection causing him to lose his balance and snatch his spear away. I use the blade to slice the ropes binding my wrists and before Davis has time to call for help, I knock him out with one swing of the weapon. His unconscious form slumps to the ground and lays motionless at my feet. I grimace. He's going to have a huge lump on his head when he comes around. "Sorry Davis," I whisper and I take off into the woods. Peter Pan brought me to Neverland for a reason, but he's forgotten one very important detail. I've been here before.
