He was only six when it happened, when he was forced to leave with a cloudy mind and a heavy, grieving heart. Since then he'd been stuck in the foster care system, where being in and out of houses had been the only thing he ever knew. All he wanted was something real, something permanent. Fed up with how he has been living the past 13 years of his life, Tommy tries to find a way to escape. When his 'plans' fail and CPS gets called on him, he makes a break for it.
