What if instead of being raised by Mito, Gon was raised by Hisoka? Gon grew up alone being raised by Hisoka, after his birth father left him to be a hunter. Hisoka and Ging were good friends, so it made sense when Ging suddenly dropped a baby in Hisoka's arms and left. Being told that if Hisoka manages to raise Gon well for the first 18 years of his life, Ging would fight him, Hisoka was determined. -A little Hisoka x Ging but it rarely pops up, and when it does, it's more hinted. -Since Hisoka raises Gon rather than Mito, Gon's personality will be a tad different. -Gon and Killua will meet in this story at the age of 6, rather than 12. -The phantom troupe will also help raise Gon.
