She's not a super genius (but she's pretty smart), and she doesn't have a bloodline trait or Kekkei Genkai to distinguish her from the other ninja around her. Most of them were killed, but the main family and three branch families left before they were killed. The branches went to the Land of Waves, and the main family was last seen entering the Land of Fire. The only way you can tell if someones a Haruno is the look in their eyes, a stong will comparable to a green flame, and the ability to manipulate their chakra better than the great Tsunade of Konoha. ⬷X⤐ During the nine tails attack the Fourth Hokage survived and sadly his wife died sealing the fox in their son at the cost of her life.
