The Hunger Games, the tributes, the deaths, even the Victors were all part of a massive show for the Capitol. No one could escape it. And for Victor's children, the reaping was just a formality. None had achieved to escape fate. Everyone knew they would get reaped eventually. And in District Four's case, they were thrilled for that to happen to the Ogilvy family. Dove was determined to volunteer. Angelique Ogilvy, her older sister, had all the odds to be reaped for the 66th Hunger Games. But she wouldn't let that happen. Volunteering at the age of thirteen wouldn't be smart, but she couldn't let her sister die for someone's corrupted show. However, President Coriolanus Snow had other plans for her.
