One month after Kiara met Kovu, the son of Simba is born. His name is Kion and he is destined to be the Champion of the Pridelands as the leader of the Mysterious Lion Guard. But Simba remembers the fate that befell the previous leader of the Guard and he believes Kion will follow in his Great Uncle's footsteps. Can Kion prove he is good or will he follow the dark path before him? Only time will tell...

Simba and Nala live at the Tree Of Life, and had Kiara and Kion. Sahasi and Ananda are king and queen. They had Rani and Baliyo. The Pridelands doesn't exist in this story.
