Twilight Sparkle was an ordinary high school student until she found herself curious about solving a murder case that occurred on the first day of school, along with the new transferee, Sunset Shimmer. They both became the founders of the C.H.D Club and proceeded to solve crimes on and off-campus. Join the two C.H.S Detectives as they piece together the jigsaw of mysteries and bad intentions, and meet new people who will join them in solving cases at Canterlot High School.

While Sunset is staying at her Aunt and Uncle's place, she needs to visit her aunt in the hospital, she meets Twilight on her way to the hospital, they become friends for a while until Sunset goes back to Canterlot for school. She goes about her summer but never forgets Twilight. 2 years pass and Twilight tranfers to CHS on account of, Cadance thinks she needs a better social life. Sunset is ecstatic to see Twilight but... Twilight treats her like a new friend, not remembering who Sunset is at all. Sunset gradually starts falling for the nerd in glasses but she's afraid if she lets it slip, their newfound friendship will be over. Will Twilight remember? Will Sunset keep her feelings from Twilight? Sunset and the transfer become really good friends, after a year of a good friendship, Sunset admits to her friends she feels nervous when shes around the new student. Sunset then went to confess but, surprise attack she catches both Flash and Twilight talking, blushing at one another. Will Sunset get Twilight or will she fall in the hands of Sunsets ex-boyfriend. - This story is a lot of people's POV but mainly Sunsets. -
