A man is known by his name. What if one day it is snatched from you, and you are termed a con man in your own house. Will you accept it or fight for your identity? This story is inspired from a true and famous case of Bawal Sanyasi which has been made into movies too. This is my take on the story.. Disclaimer: This is only a work of fiction, based loosely on a real life case. The story has been copyright ©️ munsen12. Anyone using it or any of its characters will be considered infringement.

Before you start this story, I must admit that this is not a love story. While the love-story is at the core of the story, it's not what drives it. "The bias" is a story exploring themes important to most of the women. A few things in the story could trigger old wounds/ fears. The male lead in the story is not a saviour, he doesn't rescue the woman and neither does she need it. While the male lead himself goes on a life altering journey, it's the female lead whose story would trigger you, make you restless, uncomfortable, bring forth your worst memories and maybe scare you as well. ( It's not a horror story as well) . It is a long journey full of questions, hope, hopelessness, fear , anger, resentment, fight and defeat. It's a story where the system fails you, clips your wings and yet doesn't let you shed a tear. The story would choke you at times, maybe you would want to keep the story away. And maybe you would calm your mind saying that this is just a story and it's not real, while your head would keep thinking of the real people the story happens to. It is my attempt to raise awareness, maybe this story would make someone share their story, or see things better. Maybe this story would help save at least a single person. Maybe. And I hope so. I hope that by the end of this story you and I are a different person, who knows a little more and who can do the world a little better. And save a life.

'Ho naksh lamhon pe aise banaye Muddaton se bhi woh mit na paaye' Moments in time felt like a hoax. Nothing would ever last for a moment. Especially not pain. Especially not loss. Especially not the plight of life ending before it even began. Nothing would be merciful enough to last for just a moment. That was how it was in life. The pricking of the soul, the brokenness of the heart, the burning agony of the spirit, nothing. Absolutely nothing lasted for just a moment. Instead, they became constants in life. They became a companion that was more like a demon than a mate. Just how was one supposed to get over those moments that lasted a lifetime. *A fanfiction. I do not own the characters of this book. I gain no profits from writing this. It is purley for entertainment purposes.* #SidNaaz
