*WRITTEN BEFORE DREAM UN-ALIVED TOMMY WITH A POTATO- THAT KIND OF MADE THIS WEIRD BUT WHATEVER* Dream is dead. He's actually gone. No one knows what really happened when he dragged Tommy away, they just know that there was two kills in the feed, and Dream was gone. . . . They begin to heal, to rebuild. The fear it ebbed away. But Tommy has been different. Working himself to the bone to distract himself from something, and he won't talk about how he was able to actually kill Dream. He puts on a brave face, but that's all it is. Tubbo knows he's not sleeping. Everyone loves the extra help the kid is always offering, but it's weird because he's still the loud kid they all love but he's not acting like himself. They worry, but they give him space. Maybe time is the only thing he needs. . . . Time however seems to finally come to end, and one day Tommy packs up, and he leaves. He refuses to be stopped, or explain he just tells Tubbo he'll come back, and walks off into the woods, a compass in hand. . .

Dream struggles to fight off Nightmare who is taking over him, making him hurt those he loves and kill. At first he convinces himself he's being destructive and evil for George, so that George will never be in danger and could do what he wants but it is soon made clear Dream is not the one making the decisions over his own actions. Set as if Minecraft was real with canon lives. Occasional Sapnap POV and George POV. A lot of dialogue for the first chapters was taken from several streams but after that it is made up including the story. Songs are incorporated but don't need to be listened to, to read. I don't generally write so it may not be the best story but I hope you enjoy all the same! :)
