Ivy Crane and her family move to a new town, and she isn't too thrilled about it. Especially since it's in the deep south where the heat is brutal and bugs are big enough to carry you away. Their new home is in the middle of nowhere, and it takes about two hours to get into town. She misses the friends and family she left behind, but that longing to go back melts away when she gets to know the guy living next door.

Raven goes back to college for the third time. She's excited about seeing her old friends and making new ones as well.
