Keefe is still in the Forbidden Cities, and things aren't looking too well. It's been three days since he and Ivy Foster escaped the Neverseen. This time, he turns to the last Foster he's sure can help - but Amy is starting to question what Keefe's plans REALLY are. And with the Neverseen hot on his trail, it's time for Keefe to face his crossroads: Is he going back to the Lost Cities, or is he going to take his chances with the humans - and nearly get himself killed in the process?

The group thought they were done with the shadows but they had no idea what was still lurking. In this Kotlc fanfiction, which takes place after the events of Flashback, their past guides there future. But that past, is full of blank spots. *exits depressing author state* Hi! Just a warning; this is a really sad and dark story. There are happy parts, sure, but this thing is heavier than an elephant. It is still intriguing, just be warned.
