As a result, corrupt government officials form an organisation called 'Black Genesis' to quell the resistance, conduct experiments and enforce martial law. Who among them will rise to stop this anarchy?

A group of strangers chosen by the goverment to help with the secret project end up in an futuristic/cyberpunk city in a conflict between an insurgency force and a wealthy corporation.
