The Pridelands and Tree Of Life has always been at war, for as long as Kion could remember. He has always been caught in the middle of it, where as his sister Kiara has kind of been threw out of it. Where, their father, King Simba always tried to keep her away from it all, but not Kion, although he was younger, he was the strongest and the protector. Same as the King and Queen of the Tree Of Lifes, kids! They have also not been caught in the middle of it all, and those kids are called, Baliyo and Rani. If course they know about the war, just have never witnessed it before. Kion is the leader of the Lion Guard. This lion guard contains, a cheetah, Fuli, who is the fastest, a HoneyBadger, Bunga, who is the bravest, a Egret, Ono, who is the keenest of sight, and last but least, a Hippo, Beshte, who is the strongest.

One day the Guard was patrolling and went to the Watering Hole because it was so hot out, when they get there a few moments passed and Kion gets bit by a snake and he gets horribly sick and possibly dying. The Guard goes on a journey to find the remedy, but while they are out there a teammate is the most worried about Kion out of them all: Fuli. She knew him as a cub and thinking about him getting taken away like that, it makes her sad and it doesn't help with the feelings she has for him. She tries to focus on the task ahead but she keeps thinking about their leader and wants to get back before it's too late. But what happens when they meet trouble along the way? Happy (early) Halloween. Here's a little AU special thing. *Note: this isn't canon to any of my works, it's just an edgy AU idea I had and wanted to write about it* While traveling through the forest, Kion is starting to lose control. The Tuliza blossoms that were supposed to help calm him down were now starting to lose their effect on him too. Worst of all, Bunga's assumptions of Kion becoming evil are starting to come true. Though Fuli still denies this, believing that her friend knows better. But then a fight ensues between her and Kion and when he finally snaps out of his rage, Fuli had already been killed. Out of guilt and shame, he runs away from his friends and gets trapped in the tunnels. Will the Lion Guard save him, or will they leave him?
