CW: talks of suicide. no one actually commits it in this story, but it's mentioned i rewatched the despair arc anime for this and don't think it's really canon lol. they show Hinata being put in a pod for 9 months and popping out as Izuru. boring! i'm basing this more off of how Danganronpa 0 and goodbye despair describe it. some bits i'll use from the anime, but a lot of it contradicts the other sources. it also raises questions that didn't need to be answered in the others. just a heads up!
