Well I often struggle to put how I feel into words, so here is me attempting to turn my pain in poetry. Or just coherent words. Basically this is just me dumping how mental illness feels to some. Mental health isn't spoken about nearly enough, seen as embarrassing and awkward, but the truth is everyone has mental health. Like your physical body, your mind needs to be taken care of too. So please take care of yourselves. This little book is a whole Trigger warning, honestly just don't read it, it's more to encourage people to reach out if you ever feel this way. There is no shame in asking for help x
