This is an au where Midoriya is born a biological Female but turns out t r a n s in this au Dekus father is unsupportive and he is his guardian, instead of Inko. His whole life Deku questions his gender and eventually comes to the conclusion that he is a guy. So he changes his name from Izumi to Izuku, at least thats what he tells his friends his name is, his father refuses to use his name and constantly dead names him.
