The definition of Prosopagnosia is a neurological disorder of the brain, also known as face blindness, where a person can't recognize, or see faces. Izuku, who'd gotten into an accident training, woke up to discover phantoms surrounding him. Yes, they were normal people, but with the looks as if rubber skin was stretched over their skulls.
