He was, by the law of his father the king, to be married to a woman and of course of all things to do he had to fall in love with a man which was made forbidden by the high council. Naruto sighed. When I'm king, he thought, the first thing I'm going to do is create a new high council. The old ways have been around way too long. He sighed. There was another problem though.
