When Bella moved to Forks, Washington, to live with her dad, she brought her twin sister with her. As Bella faces all of her drama, her sister faces her own. Battling with what's right and wrong, she has to make decisions that change her fate as well.
Isabella and Florence Swan have been living with their mother for a while. Florence lived in Forks for a few years with her dad in middle school, but Bella has always lived with her mother. When the girls reach the middle of their junior year, they go to live with their dad, transferring to Forks High School. Bella and Florence don't really fit in at first.
Florence is different from Bella. Aside from the fact that they don't really look the same, Florence dresses different, acts different. While Bella has this awkwardness around people, Florence just doesn't really care. She doesn't stay quiet cause she's scared or nervous, she just doesn't care. It adds to her mystery, some would say. The mystery that started with the books she reads and the way she dresses, all black or muted colors. Bella's friends try to take her in, but she keeps her distance. She finds them to be a little boring. She does have a soft spot for Angela, however, occasionally talking with her. But even with Angela she doesn't talk for long, shoving her nose back in her book. She sits at a table alone in the cafeteria.
And somehow, she catches the eye of someone. Someone that shouldn't like her. Someone in a relationship. He thought that he had found his person. But now he can't draw his eyes away from this mysterious new girl and her dark clothes and winged eyeliner sharp enough to kill. Something about her just draws him in, even if he shouldn't be drawn in. Emmett Cullen can't seem to stop looking at her. And he's hiding it from everyone. Especially Rosalie.
