Izuku Midoriya lives in a world where everyone has Quirks. A unexpected incident happens, and Izuku meets All might and asks if he can be a hero without a Quirk but this time All might says no. Different to the original story All Might didn't give him one for all as All might doesn't drop the villain that he caught, because of this Izuku is determined to prove All Might wrong and be the first Number one hero without a Quirk. And he may have been right, maybe he couldn't be a hero without a quirk, but that entirely depends on your definition of a hero. Is it the legal definition? A person employed under agencies to deal with villains? Or is it the noun? A person who is admired or idealized for courage, outstanding achievements, or noble qualities? The media eats the Vigilante Valor's story up. His name literally meant brave, and he showed that bravery. He even recorded it and posted it online, the crazy bastard. Obviously, the media loves a young bad boy with a good heart and a mysterious identity, and it doesn't take long for him to become internet-famous.

"Why be a hero when you have the power to go against the Commission? It's a waste of time trying to save people in the end. After all, you're just post poning their deaths" Midoriya sighed as he sat on the edge of a building, he looked at Tokyo. Hawks flew to his side and sat down. "I don't see why you won't consider becoming a hero, your quirk is perfect for it" he groaned. Midoriya tucked in his flaming wings, "hawks. A broken Izuku could be seen sitting on a rooftop as he looks to the inferno that used to be his highschool. He clutched the yellow cape he wore as the last of his tears fell down. Everyone was gone because he came back, only if he could do something different. " What would you do if you could?"
